When you register for Company Brain, we may collect:

To deliver the Company Brain service, you may upload:

• Enterprise knowledge base
• FAQ documents
• PDF, Word, Excel files
• Product information
• Training materials
• Workflow documents
• Internal company content

1.3 Email and Communication Data

With your authorization, we may access:

• Email subjects
• Email bodies
• Email attachments
• Customer communication history
• AI-generated reply records

1.4 System Usage Data

• Login time
• IP address
• Browser information
• Behavioral usage records
• System logs

We use the relevant data to:

• Build and train your Company Brain
• Provide AI email services
• Provide AI customer support services
• Provide AI sales services
• Provide automated workflows
• Improve platform stability and security

All data, knowledge bases, email content, documents, and business materials uploaded by customers remain the sole property of the customer at all times.

Company Brain does not claim ownership of customer business data.

By default, customer data is used only to train that customer's own Company Brain.

Without customer authorization, we will not:

• Publicly disclose customer data
• Sell customer data
• Provide customer data to third parties

Industry Knowledge Sharing Program (optional)

Customers may voluntarily join the Industry Knowledge Sharing Program. With customer authorization, we may:

• Anonymize the data
• De-identify the data
• Remove personal information
• Remove sensitive business information

Processed industry knowledge may be used to:

• Improve industry models
• Improve platform answer quality
• Build industry knowledge networks

Shared content will never include:

• Customer names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Business secrets
• Financial information
• Customer lists

We take reasonable measures to protect customer data, including:

• HTTPS encrypted transmission
• Encrypted data storage
• Permission-based access control
• Security audit logs
• Regular security updates

Customers may at any time request to:

• Export enterprise data
• Delete enterprise data
• Close the account

We will complete requests within a reasonable time, to the extent permitted by law.

The Platform may use third-party services, including but not limited to:

• AI model providers
• Cloud storage services
• Email services
• Payment services

Third parties process data only as needed to deliver their services.

We may update this Policy in response to legal requirements or product changes. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email.
