Company Brain Terms of Service

Company Brain provides, including but not limited to:

• AI smart inbox
• Enterprise knowledge base
• AI customer support assistant
• AI sales assistant
• Automated workflows
• Enterprise AI training services

Platform capabilities may be upgraded and expanded over time.

Users shall:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Safeguard account credentials
• Be responsible for all actions taken under their account

Accounts may not be shared without authorization.

Customers retain all legal rights to the content they upload. Customers warrant that their uploaded content:

• Does not infringe third-party rights
• Does not violate laws or regulations
• Does not contain malicious code

Company Brain provides AI-assisted services. AI-generated content may contain:

• Errors
• Omissions
• Incomplete information
• Inaccurate judgments

Users are responsible for reviewing AI outputs. All business, legal, financial, or medical decisions must be made independently by the user.

If a customer voluntarily joins the Industry Knowledge Sharing Program:

Company Brain may use anonymized and de-identified industry knowledge for:

• Platform optimization
• Building industry models
• Improving answer quality

Customers may opt out at any time. After opting out, new data will no longer participate in sharing.

The Platform's software, interface design, trademarks, and related technology are owned by Company Brain.

Data uploaded by customers belongs to the customer.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Absence of maintenance windows

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.

Users may not:

• Upload illegal content
• Upload infringing content
• Distribute malware
• Attack platform systems
• Abuse AI services

Violators may have their service suspended or terminated.

In any of the following cases:

• Prolonged unpaid balances
• Illegal use
• Material breach of these Terms

Company Brain may suspend or terminate the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Company Brain shall not be liable for any indirect losses, lost profits, or data losses arising from use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the Platform.
